Building a custom home is one of the most significant decisions you will make. We want you to come into that first conversation with a clear picture of who we are, how we work, and what to expect.

We specialize in high-end custom homes, luxury remodels, and commercial construction projects across Northeast Florida and Amelia Island. Our commercial work includes office and retail buildings, aviation facilities, pre-engineered metal buildings, amenity centers, and renovations.

We begin cost input during the design phase and typically provide early cost estimates at 60% drawings. We obtain three to four bids from qualified subcontractors and work collaboratively with the architect and owner to develop a cost-saving plan before construction begins.

Yes. Our founder leads each project personally. You are not passed to a coordinator after signing. You have direct access to the person responsible for your build from start to finish.

It means you can review project costs, subcontractor bids, and material decisions at any point during construction. You are not kept at a distance from the financial and logistical details of your own project.

If our competitive bidding process produces cost savings during construction, those savings are returned to you.

We are based in Northeast Florida and primarily serve the Northeast Florida region, including Amelia Island.
